Are you interested in Board Advisory and Private Equity? Do you have the ambition to place and consult Europe’s top executives and board members?
We are expanding our existing business with a new office in sunny Lisbon, Portugal and are looking for Consultants (m/f/d) with high development potential.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Challenging projects, where we support our Private Equity clients with placing the top-level management and board positions for their new acquisitions.
- Close involvement in the content of the entire project (from kick-off to completion).
- As we convert part of our fees to co-invest alongside our PE clients, we conduct a proper due diligence and analysis including market research, definition of target markets and target companies.
- You will drive the identification, development, and maintenance of candidate contacts.
- This can include making the initial contact, conducting the candidate interviews, and giving recommendations to our clients.

YOUR PROFILE
- Completed university studies.
- Existing experience in analysing complex economic contexts, corporate structures, and organizational forms.
- High degree of initiative, independence, and ambition to find the "perfect match" even for positions in very complex corporate environments.
- A proactive innovator that shows a high degree of initiative, independence, and ambition to find the "perfect match", even for positions in very complex business environments.
- A proficient English speaker (business English).
- An empathic, collaborative, and positive team player.
- Optional: Someone with an existing network in Private Equity.
